HOURS
Reception hours:
Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Friday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
We guarantee the delivery of keys from 17:00h. If you arrive earlier, if the apartment is available, the keys will be handed over, otherwise, you will have to wait. You can leave your bags at reception in the meantime. On the day of departure, check-out time is until 12:00h.
*Outside the key collection hours, the client has the option of collecting the keys in a mailbox. This service has an extra cost of €25 per reservation. CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT: Upon arrival, guests must pay a deposit of €200 per apartment by credit/debit card to cover possible damages that may occur. This deposit will be refunded after check-out and is subject to an inspection by the property to assess whether there has been any damage.
Group reservations are subject to special conditions and must pay a deposit of €50 per person, from 4 people under 25 years of age.

CHECK-IN: All guests must show a valid ID at check-in. Children of all ages can stay. There must be at least one registered adult in the apartment.

CLEANING : Towels are changed every 4 days and bed linen is changed every 7 days.
PETS : Not allowed.
HOUSE RULES : This establishment belongs to a residential complex, which has its own regulations regarding the use of the facilities. You can check at reception.
IMPORTANT : In this accommodation it is strictly forbidden to celebrate any type of party.
